Through efficient use of thermostats in the clubhouse, electrical timers on the site lighting and Mother Nature’s beautiful summer weather, we were able to save approximately $4,000 on utilities in 2010. This saving was put towards benches for the gazebo, improved lighting by the entranceway and mailboxes, and various other improvements.
Initiated the development of maintenance standards for Crescent Village.
In order to slow down traffic, two new stop signs were installed on Kyle’s Way.
RG Builders agreed to rebuild and repair the entrance ramp to the clubhouse.
