Crescent Village Condominium Association

Crescent Village common-area landscape is under the supervision and control of the Associations' Board of Directors.  Unit Owners alterations to common area landscape may only be done following the specific approval of the Board of Directors. Unit Owners are to use the linked Landscaping Modification Request Form above to obtain such approval.  Board approval is also required for all previous alterations made to common area landscape.  Homeowners granted permission to modify any common area landscape, are responsible for maintaining the effected area in an attractive manner complimentary to the community.
