Re: New Property Management Services for Your Community
Dear Unit Owners:
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the new property management company for the Crescent Village Condominium Association. Pyramid Real Estate Group has been contracted by your board of directors to provide complete management services including monthly invoicing of common charges, vendor billing approval/payments and monthly financial reporting.
On or before September 1st you will be receiving a monthly invoice from Pyramid reflecting your current monthly common charge. All previous balances, both prepaid common charges and past due amounts, will not appear on your September 1st common charge invoice, but will be reflected in the October 1, 2011 invoice. All checks should be made payable to Crescent Village Condominium Association and must include your account number from the remittance stub. A windowed return envelope will be enclosed with your statement. However, if you misplace the envelope please mail your common charge payment to the following address:

If you have any questions regarding your common charge payment please contact Phyllis DelVecchio of our Accounting Department from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday with the exception of holidays at (203) 348-8566, Ext 123.
Attached (see below) is an Updated Information Sheet, which is required by your association. It has been updated to include all occupants of each unit. Please return it at your earliest possible convenience.
It is extremely important that this completed information sheet is on file, as it will enable us to reach the proper party in the event of an emergency. Please return the completed sheet by mail to:
